Refund policy

We offer a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Please ensure you have the receipt or proof of purchase available.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get what you need is to return the original item. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
